* Prices are listed in EUR excluding VAT. Quotes in USD are available upon request; please contact me to discuss and finalize your price. Conversions will be based on the prevailing common or market FX rate. For EU VAT payers, the reverse charge mechanism will be applied, with a 0% VAT rate on the invoice. The following text will be included: "The place of taxable supply of the service provided under § 9 of Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value-Added Tax, in accordance with EU Directive No. 2008/8/EC, is 'Your country'. VAT is processed under the reverse charge regime. The amount of VAT must be supplemented and declared by the recipient." Customers from non-EU countries will not be charged VAT. Costs Under Control

The price range is deliberately kept within narrow limits for a better idea of the final price. If it is a document whose workload does not deviate significantly,1) indicative prices from the price list will be used. Exceptionally, for very extensive or otherwise demanding orders (e.g., a large number of text pages, tables, objects on presentation slides, etc.), the template price may exceed the upper limit of the interval. However, you will always be informed about this in advance.

I realize that most customers like to keep costs under control, so I set the price of the order as a ceiling or unit price per item (page, slide) in case their number is not known in advance. Once the price of the order is determined, it will never be increased without your consent. I approach potential corrections in a similar manner. The hourly rate for corrections will only apply in the case of corrections beyond the original (approved) assignment and while maintaining the functionality of the templates.

As a convenience, I maintain a EUR-denominated bank account for SEPA payments (Single Europe Payment Area), which are regulated and free of charge. Additionally, I offer the option of payment in USD through a USD-denominated account, though banking fees apply.

Brief Process of Pricing an Order and Starting Work

  1. Send me an email with a sample file (or specify your requirements) with a brief request for pricing and also specify the desired processing deadline. You can also call me in advance if you wish.
  2. I will prepare a free and non-binding calculation for you as soon as possible and confirm the processing deadline.
  3. After approval of the price from your side and delivery of materials, I will start working.

1) Templates that are more labor-intensive include those whose design is entirely or partially created using tables (it has its justification and advantages in certain cases – tables hold the design well), further templates that are entirely or partially locked for editing, if the document is too extensive or requires extensive formatting and typographic adjustments, contains a large number of objects, etc.
